Mondays With Maggie

I anticipate things and I'm a pro at it. If I can figure out what a person will say/how they will react I can formulate a response and then "fix" anything from there. The bad thing about pro anticipation is pro level anxiety. I learned from Maggie today that we all could stop trying to constantly anticipate what everyone else is thinking/feeling. Let them speak for themselves and allow yourself to living in the moment, thus trusting the world a tiny bit more.
